Shipping policy
With the exception of pre order items or seasonal mystery boxes, orders are usually shipped within 2-4 days after payment is received. Most orders are shipped by USPS. Please allow 5-10 days for delivery. Your order may arrive in two or more packages. Please note that those items which are handmade for you, by the artist, at the time of the order, will require a longer shipping time. In order to help expedite shipping times, some items are sent straight to you from the artist or manufacturer. International and Canadian orders require a longer processing and delivery time. It could take 3-4 weeks for delivery. PLEASE BE AWARE that we are not responsible for the package once it leaves the USA and is turned over to the Customs department in your country. If for some reason it is held up, lost, or confiscated by Customs or other officials in your country, we are not responsible for that. Any and all fees or taxes imposed by your country are your responsibility and not paid or covered by us in any way.
